🌾 The Infusion Process & Our First Sugar
Every infused sugar we make begins the same way — with patience. Each blend rests for a full two weeks, giving the sugar time to draw in every aromatic note from the botanicals tucked inside. During that quiet steeping, the sugar transforms: crystals take on the warmth of vanilla bean, the brightness of lemon, the floral lift of lavender, the spice of cardamom, or the soft coastal wildness of rose.
Our very first product was Vanilla Bean Sugar — a simple jar of sugar folded around real vanilla bean. It started as a small experiment in the kitchen, a way to bottle comfort and scent in a form that felt both everyday and a little magical. That first jar taught us how slow infusion could coax depth and softness into sugar, and it became the foundation for every blend that followed.
Today, each infused sugar still follows that same two‑week ritual. No shortcuts, no rushing — just time, scent, and the quiet alchemy that happens when simple ingredients are allowed to bloom.
