Our kettle corn starts with organic Amish popcorn, a heritage kernel known for its clean flavour and delicate crunch. We melt rich, golden ghee and whisk in our house‑made infused sugar, letting the botanicals bloom in the heat. As the kernels pop, the infused sugar caramelizes directly onto them, creating that classic sweet shell — crisp, light, and never sticky.

While the popcorn is still warm, we finish each batch with our infused sea salt, crafted in small batches using real citrus, herbs, florals, or botanicals. The salt brightens the sweetness and adds a subtle aromatic lift, giving every handful a layered, addictive flavour that’s unmistakably Garden Bay.
